Job Role

Technical Officer Level 4 position available for a skilled and enthusiastic professional.

This role involves working in remote locations, utilizing various equipment to maintain service delivery within instrumentation networks.

  • Rain Radars
  • Automatic Weather Stations (AWS)
  • Sea Level Monitoring Stations
  • Wave and Wave height buoys
  • Satellite ground reception and space weather instruments
  • Flood warning/rainfall monitoring systems
  • Cooperative observers, volunteer rainfall stations
  • Communications, telemetry and instrumentation systems

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to negotiate and manage stakeholder relationships, and leverage emotional intelligence.

Developing and mentoring staff to ensure effective teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

Applicants must have relevant qualifications and experience in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation or Telecommunications fields.
