Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Storeperson to join our Warehouse team in East Arm. As a Storeperson, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently to move inventory around the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately in accordance with picking slips, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Ensure accurate and timely paperwork is completed, including stocktakes and inventory management.
- Participate in stocktakes using a scanning gun and manually, to ensure accurate inventory levels.
Requirements
- Hold a valid Forklift Licence (LF) and have experience operating a Forklift in a warehouse environment.
- Have previous experience using a RF scanner and be proficient in inventory management software.
- Have experience loading/unloading a variety of freight, including oversized, ugly, long lengths, general, and non-palletized freight.
- Be able to manually handle freight up to 20kgs and have a strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols.
- Current LR or MR Licence is highly regarded, but not essential.
