Job Title:

Culture and Engagement Coordinator

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Culture and Engagement Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

You will work closely with the People and Culture team to plan and execute events, programs, and activities that foster engagement, teamwork, and collaboration among staff members.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting our organizational values and ensuring that our workplace culture aligns with these principles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives
  • Collaborating with the People and Culture team to develop and implement cultural programs and activities
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including event coordination and communication

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Degree or diploma qualification in Human Resources or a related field (desired)

Experience working in a not-for-profit organization (highly desirable)

Advanced MS Office skills

Full working rights within Australia
