We are seeking an experienced Wait Staff to join our team at a prestigious French dining establishment in Brisbane.

Job Description:

As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary duties will include providing top-notch service, managing tables efficiently, serving food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining a clean workspace, and collaborating with the kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests.
  • Effectively manage tables, handling orders and serving food and beverages promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a fine dining environment.
  • An ambitious and flexible individual who can work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure, maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • RSA certification is essential, with a valid Work Authorisation for Australia.
