This pivotal role is designed to ensure students receive exceptional support throughout their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Delivering superior customer service and administrative support to students.
  • Managing student enrolments, progress tracking, and course administration efficiently.
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist with student enquiries, support, and engagement effectively.
  • Providing timely and accurate assistance to the RTO Manager as required.
  • Ensuring student records meet compliance requirements under regulatory frameworks.
  • Liaising with trainers/assessors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth training delivery.
  • Assisting with reporting, scheduling, and general administration across the business.
About You

We seek an individual with:

  • Recent experience in an administration or customer service capacity.
  • A high level of digital literacy and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Experience using Student Management Systems (SMS), CRM platforms, or similar.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information.
