About the Role

The Administration Officer will be part of a dynamic team, responsible for managing incoming referrals, registering new patients, coordinating and scheduling appointments. This role requires effective task completion, customer service, and teamwork to deliver a timely and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administration support, undertake tasks efficiently, and offer excellent customer service as part of the front-line reception team. This includes referral management, making patient appointments, and treatment review bookings.
  • Be flexible and committed to various tasks and roles to enable efficient rostering of the administration team, meeting the needs of the department.
  • Take pride in delivering high-quality work, maintaining ownership and responsibility for all assigned tasks.
  • Offer cover and support other administration roles to facilitate planned and unplanned leave.
