We are looking for a skilled professional to manage our financial services and sales operations. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing credit applications, working with customers to provide affordable options for their vehicle purchase, and establishing strong relationships with our lenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Review credit applications and work with customers to provide affordable options for their vehicle purchase.
- Lender Relations: Establish and maintain strong relations with our lenders.
- Customer Service: Establish a positive relationship with customers as they are presented with products and services.
- Product Presentation: Present warranties, insurance, and other beneficial products offered by the dealership.
- Customer Satisfaction: Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales is required.
- Sales Knowledge: Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Communication Skills: Integrity, passion, and in-person presentational skills are essential.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
- Financial Skills: A proven ability to build a working relationship with financial institutions.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to read, understand, and calculate banking figures such as; discounts, interest rates, percentages commissions etc.
- Time Management: The prioritization skills necessary to use time effectively and set action plans to achieve business targets.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in English and French.
