  • Performance Goals: Consistently meet and exceed monthly finance and insurance targets to drive business success and achieve performance goals.
  • Expert Advice: Offer expert advice and guidance on finance and insurance products, ensuring that clients receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services and solutions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and performance metrics.
