This pivotal role involves overseeing business operations in a small, tight-knit team environment. As Office Administration Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales activities, preparing quotations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will lead stock ordering, inventory control, and warehouse coordination while supporting operational tasks such as packing orders, stock receiving, and warehouse organization when needed. Additionally, you will manage office administration, including ordering supplies and maintaining facilities.

As a practical, hands-on leader, you will thrive in this dynamic, multi-faceted role. Whether you are liaising with clients or supporting operations, you enjoy variety and taking ownership. You have a business-savvy mindset with strong financial literacy, and confidence in working with numbers, quoting, and problem-solving is key as you will be managing month end and year end financials.

We are seeking an individual who is looking to grow and diversify their skill-set. Your first 12 months will be a probationary period where you will learn from the existing long-standing General Manager to fully understand the business and day-to-day operations.

Affter this period, you'll maintain and grow your responsibilities as the new hands-on General Manager for the organisation
