Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and patient-focused individual to manage our front desk duties, assist with patient inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily reception duties, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing
  • Assist patients with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with patients and colleagues

Requirements

  • Dental reception or customer service experience (12+ months preferred)
  • Call centre background highly regarded
  • Confident communication skills with a patient-first mindset
  • Tech-savviness and organizational skills, with proficiency in software applications
  • Team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
