Our practice located in HAMILTON has an exciting new opportunity for a motivated EXPERIENCED RECEPTIONIST to join the team and drive it to its fullest potential.

We are currently looking for a friendly, professional and organised FULL TIME or PART TIME receptionist to join our team based in HAMILTON. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a reputable, multicentre organisation alongside friendly staff and patients. We are an action-orientated company characterised by commitment and achievement.

This person must show commitment, strong dedication, enthusiasm and great communication skills ensuring customer service is to the highest standard. Leadership experience is advantageous in a customer service focused role, however training and support will be provided.

What we are looking for in this role is someone who possesses:

- Excellent communication and a strong customer service ethos
- Willingness to learn and work as a team.
- Previous experience in a Management role within General Practice or customer service focused role advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to motivate your team members and maintain a positive working environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude and willingness to get the job done in a fast paced & challenging environment.
- Dependable and reliable in character and possess a strong work ethic.
- Experience in Best Practice medical software will be highly regarded.
- From $29/ hour

Requirements/Areas of responsibility:

- Front Desk Supportf
- Exceptional communication skills
- Knowledge of Medicare systems / Willingness to learn
- Staff timesheets and rosters
- Meeting KPI targets
- Identifying and troubleshooting daily operational issues
- Accreditation and compliance

The hours are generally Monday - Friday during business hours.
