  • We are seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Robotics Specialist to support orthopaedic surgeons in the planning and execution of robotic-assisted hip and knee replacements using cutting-edge technology.
  • You will play a critical role in advancing orthopaedic surgery through the application of innovative robotic systems.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the in-theatre expert for robotic-assisted procedures, providing technical and clinical guidance to surgeons and theatre staff.
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal use of robotic platforms during joint replacement surgeries.
  • Conduct pre-operative CT-based planning and segmentation to assist in surgical case preparation.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge in orthopaedic surgical techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology.
  • Provide ongoing training and clinical support to hospital staff and surgical teams.
  • Travel across Sydney and surrounding areas to support multiple hospital sites.
  • Requirements:
  • A strong clinical background and passion for surgical innovation.
  • Orthopaedic clinical support experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Candidates may come from fields such as Biomedical science/engineering, Medical device experience, Operating theatre nursing/registered nursing experience, Physiotherapy or allied health with surgical exposure, Human movement or anatomy specialists with clinical experience.
