Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our Lotteries Marketing team, driving the engagement and retention of loyal customers within our subscription program.

About The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing loyalty marketing strategies, executing omnichannel campaigns, and optimizing the member experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Crafting engaging content and building email, mail, and SMS campaigns to drive commercial performance and reduce churn.
  • Developing and maintaining the loyalty program brand, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborating with product and tech teams to deliver experiments that test different loyalty program levers and understand customer behavior.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years' marketing experience, with a focus on growth marketing and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience in developing data-driven marketing campaigns and working with digital teams to support commercial and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • A strong understanding of marketing effectiveness metrics, including ROI and revenue performance forecasting.
  • Proficiency in using CRM technology, such as Braze, and ability to analyze campaign performance using tools like Power BI.
