About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Commercial Acceleration Strategist to join our team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will provide leadership support to the Head of Commercial Acceleration Strategy and contribute to the development of our broader commercial strategy.

  • This role involves identifying opportunities across commercial functions, leading cross-functional coordination, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to accelerate value capture.
  • The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in top-tier management/strategy consulting and be ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities

The Executive Commercial Acceleration Strategist will:

  • Proactively identify opportunities for commercial performance improvement and lead cross-functional teams to drive change.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to accelerate value capture, leveraging data analysis and market insights.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the commercial functions and the VA Group to drive business outcomes.
  • Contribute to the preparation of executive-level presentations and reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant Bachelor degree (MBA or relevant post-grad degree desirable).
  • 4+ years of experience in strategy/management consulting, with a proven track record of delivering commercial performance improvement projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Strong Excel skills, with proficiency in BI tools desirable.
