Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with established retail standards and effectively apply store manager delegations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide stores with necessary resources and support.
  • Lead and motivate a team across multiple stores to achieve business goals, key performance indicators, and profit targets.
  • Analyze reports to drive innovative commercial decisions, manage controllable costs, and maximize profit.
