About the Role:

We are seeking a Retail Operations Manager to lead and develop our frontline team in Western Australia. The successful candidate will drive customer engagement, uphold great service and presentation, and ensure exceptional retail experiences.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in Retail management and people leadership, be an advocate for customer and service excellence, and possess results-oriented skills with passion and energy to inspire their team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving store performance to achieve targets while controlling costs and losses
  • Contribution to all aspects of the store including serving customers and maintaining stock levels
  • Managing and overseeing the training and development of your team
  • Ordering and maintaining stock availability
  • Ensuring the health and safety of all Team Members and customers are met
  • Managing the financial performance of the store
