The Role

As the Store Manager, you will be the face of the brand in Cannington. You will lead your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalised, consultative service. You will also drive all aspects of store performance, from managing visual merchandising and inventory, to hitting sales targets and mentoring your team.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Leading, coaching and developing a team to achieve KPIs
  • Delivering a high level of one-on-one customer service
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand's aesthetic
  • Managing stock levels, replenishment and inventory control
  • Creating a positive and motivating team environment
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in fashion or specialty retail
  • A natural leader who inspires others and leads by example
  • Strong sales acumen with a consultative selling approach
  • Results-driven and passionate about achieving targets
  • Visual merchandising experience with a keen eye for detail
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Flexible to work weekends and late-night trade when required
