Our Team Lead Job Opening

We are currently seeking an organised, pro-active and results driven team leader to lead our retail operations, inspiring a high performing team to beat their targets and provide a world-class service.

The Role Overview
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the store, reporting to the store manager and being their biggest support - ensuring the commercial success of the store and managing its operational aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting Store Success: Supporting the store manager in achieving store targets.
  2. Operational Efficiency: Managing stock control, store procedures, organising teams around the store to optimise sales.
  3. Team Development: Nurturing and developing the store team to unlock their full potential and support their development.

You will have a strong retail floor presence, managing teams presence around the store and influencing the sales space. You will also be trained thoroughly in our hand-crafted luxury product to become a product expert.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store.
  • A passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service.
  • Strong communication skills in order to establish and coach a high performing team.
  • The ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for the products and core values.
  • A well-presented appearance with a taste for desirable products and a passion for retail.
