Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Optometrists to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About You

This role suits individuals with strong leadership skills, particularly in retail or healthcare. While optical industry experience is beneficial, it's not essential. We're looking for caring leaders who can think critically and make informed decisions to drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Proven supervisory skills and ability to train junior team members.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
