This varied role will see you working closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage ING's fulfilment requirements. This includes managing our mail house and print supplier requirements, effective management and delivery of the statement run, tracking of collateral requirements from third party vendors, invoice processing, risk management and vendor reporting.

You will be responsible for tracking collateral volumes with third party suppliers and ensuring materials are provided in a timely manner. You will also be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders for suitable timings and meeting preparation as required for fulfilment.

As a key member of our team, you will provide a single point of contact for our Strategic Business Partners (SBP), key vendors and internal stakeholders. You will also support with Risk Management & Reporting requirements across Outsourcing, Third Party & Scheme Compliance.

Participating in group initiatives and working groups to build and enhance capability, culture, and support the growth of ING is also an essential part of this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage ING's fulfillment requirements, including mail house and print supplier requirements
  • Track collateral volumes with third party suppliers and ensure materials are provided in a timely manner
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for suitable timings and meeting preparation as required for fulfillment
  • Provide a single point of contact for SBP, key vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Support with Risk Management & Reporting requirements across Outsourcing, Third Party & Scheme Compliance

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a fulfillment role
  • Previous experience in administration support with Intermediate level of MS Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Good understanding of retail banking products with over 3 years' experience in retail banking environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be a fast learner with a thirst for knowledge and strong organisational and task management skills
  • Demonstrated business awareness with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions as required - a self-starter who can manage stakeholders across the organisation
  • Ability to adapt to change
