The successful candidate will have previous experience in senior maintenance management roles within the mining industry, specifically with underground mobile plant equipment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage a growing workforce: Lead and motivate a team of maintenance personnel to ensure effective execution of maintenance schedules and tasks.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans: Create and maintain detailed maintenance plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Ensure safety and compliance: Monitor and enforce adherence to safety policies, procedures, and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Maintain equipment reliability: Develop and execute strategies to minimize downtime, improve equipment performance, and extend its lifespan.
  • Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with operations, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal outcomes.
