We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Maintenance Manager to join our team in South Australia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance of our underground mining equipment.

This is a full-time opportunity with a 5/2-4/3 roster, providing an attractive work-life balance. You will enjoy working in a well-equipped workshop with access to modern facilities and tools. The successful candidate will have previous experience in senior maintenance management roles within the mining industry, specifically with underground mobile plant equipment.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage a growing workforce: Lead and motivate a team of maintenance personnel to ensure effective execution of maintenance schedules and tasks.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans: Create and maintain detailed maintenance plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Ensure safety and compliance: Monitor and enforce adherence to safety policies, procedures, and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Maintain equipment reliability: Develop and execute strategies to minimize downtime, improve equipment performance, and extend its lifespan.
- Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with operations, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal outcomes.
