Event Production Management
The Event Operations team provides end-to-end event production, encompassing technical coordination, presentation setup and support, AV/VC services, streaming, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead varied and demanding events, including fast-paced live streams and Q&As.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients requesting technical event support.
- Review client requests and provide technical direction for planning, scheduling, and delivery of managed events.
- Troubleshoot as needed and escalate issues when necessary.
Additional Duties:
- Assist with the setup, staging, and strike of AV equipment as required.
- Take on tasks in special projects as outlined by the Supervisor and execute them within agreed timelines.
- Review current equipment and provide feedback on workflow and efficiency.
- Identify system deficiencies and implement effective solutions.
Team Management and Coordination:
- Oversee the team's efforts to ensure all entries and schedules are updated on the technicians' calendars.
