Event Production Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced event production specialist to join our team. As a key member of the events team, you will provide production, delivery and logistical support for all events/activations in public spaces. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to ensure successful event execution.

  • Assist in procurement of contractors and vendors
Responsibilities
  1. Event Production: Coordinate all requirements to ensure the successful production and delivery of events/activations
  2. Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of coordination between clients, vendors and other stakeholders
  3. Contractor Procurement: Coordinate and assist in the procurement of contractors, including developing staff briefs and production plans
  4. Financial Management: Process and manage production and event purchase orders and vendor payments
  5. Notification: Notify all relevant departments and stakeholders of events and activations to prevent clashes or conflicts
Requirements
  • Previous event/venue management and event operations/production experience in live settings or public spaces is essential
  • Experience in client management and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience negotiating with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities
