**Job Title:** Casual Wedding and Event On-Site Crew

**Job Type:** Casual/Part-Time (Weekdays, Weekends, Late Nights)

**Job Description:**

We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to fill multiple roles.

  • Casual Wedding and Event On-Site Crew. This role involves setting up, maintaining, and dismantling wedding and event installations at various venues. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, capable of handling heavy equipment, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. You must have your own transport and be able to drive a van. Flexibility is key, as work will include weekday and weekend shifts, as well as late-night finishes.
  • Casual Production Assistant - Office admin support, pre-event admin, pre event production (warehouse), post event admin and production (warehouse). Weekend event production - bump in/out, styling installations and setups. Client communications for delegated events. Flexible hours based on our event calendar

**Over all Key Responsibilities:**

- Set up and dismantle event and wedding installations (furniture, decor, lighting, etc.)

- Transport event materials to and from the venue

- Ensure all equipment is safely and securely loaded and unloaded

- Follow event layouts and instructions to ensure accurate set-up

- Maintain a clean and organi\sed work environment during events

- Assist with any additional on-site and office tasks as needed during events

- Work collaboratively with event coordinators and other crew members

- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

**Requirements:**

- Must have own transport and valid driver's license (ability to drive a van is essential)

- Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy objects

- Flexible availability (including weekdays, weekends, and late nights)

- Experience in events, weddings, or similar hands-on roles is a plus

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work to a high standard

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Reliable and punctual
