Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant in Darwin. This role will involve working with individuals who have sustained physical injuries, assessing their needs, and providing effective solutions to support their safe return to work.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Utilize psychosocial risk tools to provide holistic support and achieve great outcomes.
  • Conduct functional capacity evaluations to assess individual capabilities.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans to ensure successful recovery at work.
  • Conduct worksite assessments to support short-term and long-term return-to-work goals.
Key Requirements:
  • Current unrestricted General Registration with AHPRA.
  • Clinical experience in applying clinical reasoning and strategic thinking to support positive client outcomes.
  • Experience in conducting assessments and developing rehabilitation plans.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • An unwavering passion for helping individuals rehabilitate.
