Job Overview

This role is responsible for managing the delivery of services to clients. The successful candidate will be part of a team that supports the firm's Securities Services business and will work on key projects with high-profile clients.

As a dynamic and driven professional, you will play a pivotal role in the Fund Services team where you will have an opportunity to elevate your career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the daily contact and first point of escalation for clients and internal operations teams.
  • Take ownership of issues and assess, coordinate, and manage them with the assistance of relevant internal teams.
  • Exhibit an ability to work with and manage through other functional areas locally and globally to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant industry experience in the financial services sector.
  • Relevant knowledge and experience in conjunction with a related business degree or industry-recognized training.
  • Demonstrated experience in global financial markets and complex superannuation fund client bases.
  • Demonstrated experience in investment administration products including portfolio accounting, unit pricing, and financial accounting.
  • Demonstrated experience in forming, building, and leveraging internal and external client relationships.
