Job Role Overview

This role involves providing support to vulnerable children, young people and their families through case management and group work. The goal is to help families overcome complex issues including drug and alcohol misuse, family violence, mental health challenges, homelessness and cycles of disadvantage.

The successful candidate will be working towards set targets while managing sensitive data. Experience in partnership working with other professionals and/or agencies, as well as knowledge of adult services and health organizations supporting older adults and vulnerable populations, is essential.

  • Tertiary qualifications in human services, welfare or social work are required
  • A valid driver's license for Victoria is necessary
