Family Foster Care Specialist

As a key player in our foster care program, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing case plans that prioritize the well-being and safety of children and young people.
About the RoleThis role involves working closely with foster carers, birth families, extended family members, and other professionals to create a stable and nurturing environment for children's growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate case management services for children and young people in foster placements, ensuring their needs are met and goals are achieved.
- BUILD POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH FOSTER CARERS AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS, fostering open communication and collaboration to support children's needs.
- Develop and implement individualized activity plans that promote resilience, self-esteem, and overall well-being among children and young people.
