You will be responsible for managing cases effectively for children and young people aged 0-18 in kinship placements. This involves providing daily support, fostering positive relationships with carers, birth parents, extended family members, and professionals, and engaging them in activities to build resilience and self-esteem.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide emotional support and guidance to children and young people through daily challenges
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with kinship carers, birth parents, extended family members, and professionals
- Develop and implement activity plans to enhance the well-being and resilience of children and young people
- Work with like-minded individuals who care about making a difference
- A competitive base hourly rate (SCHADS Level 4) and superannuation
- 17.5% leave loading
- Up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits

- Diploma of Community Welfare or related field
