Electricity Transmission Network Coordinator

Job Overview
Job Description:As a Network Switching Coordinator, you will lead the planning and coordination of transmission outages and switching operations.
Conduct security assessments and schedule accurate outages with internal systems and industry partners.
Develop and process switching programs in line with industry standards and guidelines.
Provide technical support and advice to stakeholders and customers.
Collaborate with teams to ensure safe and timely switching operations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory network targets and performance metrics.
Requirements- At least 5 years' experience in high-voltage electricity operations, preferably in transmission networks.
- Electrical trade qualifications and/or an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering (desired).
- Strong understanding of transmission network equipment, switching protocols, and outage coordination.
- Excellent analytical and risk management skills, with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with collaborative mindset.
