Mental Health Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced mental health professional to join our team as a Psychologist. In this role, you will be working with clients to help them overcome various mental health challenges and improve their overall well-being.
- This is a patient-facing clinical position where you will conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide evidence-based therapies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing personalized treatment plans based on assessments and client needs
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment plans
- Building and sustaining collaborative relationships with referring healthcare providers to strengthen client referral networks and support practice growth
- Coordinating with external providers to fulfill service requests within an established procedural framework
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or a Master's/Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
- General Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, with Clinical Psychology endorsement and substantial experience in mental health care
- 5+ years of recent clinical experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Advanced clinical expertise in mental health services
- Experience delivering high-quality care and fostering innovation in service delivery
