Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-standing client relationships, consistently exceeding client expectations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong, professional relationships with clients to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to client concerns and operational issues, providing timely resolutions and follow-ups.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and cultivate existing relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Product Training: Conduct product training sessions in dealerships to ensure clients are fully aware of our services and benefits.
- Support and Training: Provide ongoing support and training to Business Managers and Car Care Consultants to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
About the Role
This is a field-based role with occasional work from our office. You will require excellent time management and self-motivation skills to succeed in this position.
