Barista Role

We seek a skilled Beverage Professional to prepare and serve high-quality espresso coffee and other beverages.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare high-quality beverages to order, maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the café area
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the café area, including coffee machine upkeep
  • Provide friendly and engaging service to both hotel guests and external visitors
  • Assist with food service including light meals, pastries, and snacks
  • Support operations including opening/closing duties and stock rotation
Requirements
  • Previous barista experience in a busy café or hospitality environment (minimum 6 months)
  • Strong knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and grinder calibration
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (or willingness to obtain)
