Marketing and Communications Leader

A visionary group is seeking a senior marketing leader to spearhead transformation of its marketing and communications function.

This role reports directly to the Group COO, focusing on performance improvement and building capability across the organization.

  • Develop and lead a high-performing marketing and communications team that drives measurable impact through strategic alignment and execution.
  • Establish brand architecture and storytelling frameworks that balance local service identities with group-wide consistency, fostering a unified narrative across channels.
  • Craft compelling, human-centred communications that elevate the organization's reputation among clients, stakeholders, and staff, while driving engagement and growth.
  • Build digital and content capabilities across web, social media, campaigns, and internal channels to strengthen organizational presence and reach.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture to enhance and promote the group-level employer brand and story, attracting top talent and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Design and implement systems, metrics, and processes that will scale with the organization's growth and performance, ensuring long-term success.
