Drive Transformation as a Strategic Business Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead business design initiatives, leveraging their expertise in process transformation and data-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse current-state processes and design future-state models aligned with strategic goals using systems thinking
  • Map business capabilities, processes, roles, and data using structured techniques
  • Develop roadmaps and maturity assessments ensuring alignment with strategy, standards, and financial goals
  • Champion business design principles in decision-making forums and cross-functional initiatives
  • Co-design target-state processes and change initiatives using consistent design practices
  • Support business case development and ensure strategic alignment of projects
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by building stakeholder capability in analysis and process design
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (3+ years') in continuous improvement, process transformation, and data-driven analysis
  • Critical thinking and systems thinking capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
  • Familiarity with Business Architecture frameworks and tools (e.g. capability mapping)
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or working towards one)
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification (preferred)
  • Business analysis or project management credentials (desired)
