Job Overview

A seasoned marketing expert is sought after to spearhead our global partner marketing efforts. As a Senior Global Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive product adoption and revenue growth among our network of healthcare partners.

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Partner Journeys, you will lead the cross-functional execution of strategy across our global and regional go-to-market teams. Your focus will be on identifying high-value opportunities, collaborating on strategy, and delivering targeted marketing programs that deepen engagement, product penetration, and partner-led revenue growth.

You will provide strategic leadership across our Convert & Penetrate marketing function, bringing an insight-led, patient-first perspective to inform campaign direction, prioritization of efforts, and the successful execution of high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing framework for Convert & Penetrate, ensuring all initiatives align with our commercial priorities and long-term growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with regional GTM and marketing leaders to align global objectives with market realities, influencing prioritization, and ensuring integrated execution across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Drive cross-functional orchestration between Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Enablement, and Revenue teams to ensure global campaigns are cohesive, insight-led, and optimized for commercial impact.
  • Champion innovation and scalability in partner marketing, introducing new approaches, tools, and plays that can be replicated globally while accommodating regional nuance.
  • Work closely with channel owners to lead experimentation strategy and campaign testing, ensuring robust campaign insights.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional who possesses the following qualifications:

  • 8 years' marketing experience in a high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to global marketing strategies and leading cross-regional initiatives.
  • Familiarity with journey-based marketing frameworks, lifecycle planning, and performance measurement in a partner-led growth context.
  • Strategic B2B marketer with a proven ability to drive customer growth through marketing programs.
  • Commercial and customer-centric, with a strong understanding of partner lifecycle dynamics and channel strategy.
  • Analytical and insight-led, focused on experimentation-led optimization.
  • Natural collaborator and communicator, able to build trust and influence across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
