As a champion of risk management, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the bank's operational risk framework. Your expertise will enable first line teams to effectively identify, document, and control operational risks.

  • You'll lead a structured assurance program, conducting thorough walkthroughs, sample testing, and data analysis to challenge and improve control effectiveness.
  • Ensure controls align with regulatory requirements and develop supporting policies and procedures to embed a strong risk culture.
  • Investigate operational incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend improvements to address control gaps.
  • Integrate risk management into project and change initiatives by reviewing business cases, assessing risks, and identifying systemic issues.
  • Oversee data-related risk controls, including governance, privacy, and usage, and support uplift in data management maturity.
