Key Responsibilities

  • Lead operational teams to achieve outstanding performance in high-pressure environments.

  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN TRUSTED RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, STAKEHOLDERS, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.

  • Drive operational efficiency by managing staffing, budgets, and risks to meet performance targets.

  • Maintain full compliance with maritime regulations and lead successful audit outcomes.

  • Translate client needs into clear, actionable strategies that balance service, risk, and value.

  • Communicate with clarity and influence across all levels—clients, teams, and government stakeholders.

Certifications Required
  • Current 1AC Security Licence – Mandatory
  • Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR) – Mandatory
  • Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) – or willing to obtain
  • Certificate II in Transport Security Protection (Screening Officers) or equivalent
  • Certificate IV or higher in Security and Risk Management – preferred
  • Recognised Fire Warden and Emergency Controller qualifications – preferred
  • CISC Accreditor status – preferred
