A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and government agencies. The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead operational teams to achieve outstanding performance in high-pressure environments.
BUILD AND MAINTAIN TRUSTED RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, STAKEHOLDERS, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.
Drive operational efficiency by managing staffing, budgets, and risks to meet performance targets.
Maintain full compliance with maritime regulations and lead successful audit outcomes.
Translate client needs into clear, actionable strategies that balance service, risk, and value.
Communicate with clarity and influence across all levels—clients, teams, and government stakeholders.
- Current 1AC Security Licence – Mandatory
- Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR) – Mandatory
- Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) – or willing to obtain
- Certificate II in Transport Security Protection (Screening Officers) or equivalent
- Certificate IV or higher in Security and Risk Management – preferred
- Recognised Fire Warden and Emergency Controller qualifications – preferred
- CISC Accreditor status – preferred
