Trainee Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Educator to play a vital role in giving children the best possible start to their school journey.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is dedicated to creating a safe and engaging environment for children, families, and team members. You will work closely with our Centre Leadership Team, Teachers, and Educators to build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to our education program.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members.
  • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and centre policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
  • Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team.
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to a professional and positive work culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be eligible for this traineeship, you must not hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years. You will also need to have a permanent right to work in Australia, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.
