We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Educator to join our team, providing high-quality care and education to young children.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a love of learning and supporting the development of children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills.

As an Educator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and stimulating environments that promote children's curiosity and creativity.

You will work collaboratively with other Educators to develop and implement programs that meet the unique needs and interests of each child.

About the Role:

  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and colleagues
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with national quality standards
  • Built strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the ongoing continuous improvement of educational programs
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in early childhood education
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care or working towards
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development
  • An ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A passion for promoting children's learning and well-being
  • A valid Working with Children Check
