We are looking for someone who can join our team in creating a positive and exciting space for our customers. Our state-of-the-art golf simulator provides an immersive experience, catering to both new players eager to learn and experienced golfers looking to enhance their skills. Paradise Golf offers a unique and enjoyable atmosphere for individuals and groups alike at our Byron Bay industrial estate location.

**Duties include**:

- Meet & great of customers, help set up play and provide ongoing support if needed.
- Managing online & drop-in bookings
- Facilitate retail service to customers (i.e clothing merchandise)
- Daily operational tasks including but not limited to cleaning and maintenance of venue. Serving alcoholic/non alcoholic beverages.
- Stock take
- Sales (i.e. Christmas parties and private events)
- Rostering casual staff

**About You**
- Experience in any service oriented business (retail, events etc)
- Good communication skills and a positive and outgoing personality. A passion for golf is definitely a plus (though not a requirement)
- Motivated with the ability to work independently.
- NSW RSA
- Australian work rights
- Minimum 1 year contract

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
