Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

As a senior talent acquisition partner, you will be responsible for guiding and delivering business analysis efforts on initiatives within AP+, managing, mentoring, and coaching a team of business analysts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct strategic business analysis activities, including business case development, impact analysis, feasibility studies, and defining project scope.
  • Lead analysis activities throughout the entire project lifecycle, including defining and managing scope, requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation, business process modeling, data modeling, and mapping.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, refine, and manage requirements across their lifecycle, to effectively meet business needs and contribute to organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in business analysis.
  • 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis.
  • Experience in delivery practices and tools (Waterfall/Agile, Jira).
