Aboriginal Health Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Aboriginal Health Worker to join our team. The successful applicant will be working in partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to improve health, wellbeing, and cultural connection.

The role involves delivering culturally safe services, promoting healthy lifestyles, and strengthening relationships with community, Elders, and key stakeholders.

You will also play a key role in supporting access to programs such as the Wominjeka BBQ and Our Rainbow Place, and advocating for culturally inclusive health practices.
