This role plays a pivotal part in our organisation's mission to support and advocate for the Aboriginal Community.

As a key team member, you will be working closely with Orange Door staff and leadership to deliver essential services to vulnerable members of the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing support and advocacy to Aboriginal women, men, and children who enter the hub intake system.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve organisational goals.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in social work, social sciences, or a related field.
  • Significant experience and expertise in the sector are highly valued.
  • Current driver's licence, employment Working With Children Check card, and National Police Check required.
  • COVID-19 vaccination, including booster dose, as applicable.
