We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Category Manager to lead category strategies across our portfolio.
- This strategic role involves planning, risk mitigation, and commercial outcomes.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have experience in procurement, preferably with exposure to chemicals or manufacturing. They will be responsible for developing and executing category and sourcing strategies, managing supplier performance, and driving innovation through the supply base.
- They will also negotiate contracts, reduce costs, and improve supply chain resilience.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field;
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably with SAP ERP exposure;
- Strong experience sourcing packaging or direct materials;
- Commercially sharp with proven contract negotiation skills;
- Ability to manage complex stakeholders and influence outcomes across the business.
