The Role

  • Drive business growth for both clients and IncuBeta by leading client strategy, meetings, case study preparation, and partner engagement.
  • Support clients in creating impactful and efficient digital media strategies, analyzing data trends, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop detailed digital media plans across key disciplines, ensuring alignment with their KPIs.
  • Ensure campaign success by overseeing budgets and monthly invoices.
  • Work closely with a team of media consultants to drive outcomes and lead your dedicated support team.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related subjects.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably in account management or a related role.
  • Native English proficiency in writing and speaking.
  • Strong commercial acumen, client focus, and high motivation.
  • Proven experience in Account Management, either on the client or agency side.
  • A strong people person, comfortable with collaboration and able to build internal relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong paid media knowledge and commercial acumen are essential; additional relevant skills are highly valued.
  • You should be curious about the latest developments in the digital industry.
