Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Venue Operations Manager to join our team.

This is a key role in our management structure, responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for patrons.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, excellent leadership skills, and a genuine interest in current market trends.

You will be responsible for supervising and training staff, managing day-to-day operations, and maintaining a high level of venue presentation.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current RSA / RCG / ARCG certification
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including nights
  • Pub environment background desirable
  • TAB / KENO experience desirable, but training can be provided
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Proficient in cash handling and basic computer skills
