Job Overview:

We have a casual position available for skilled Nursing professionals to support our clients across the region.

As a Nursing specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care and service to our clients in accordance with their personalized care plans.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Initial assessment of client needs and implementation of ongoing care, coordination, case management, and care planning
  • Providing excellent care and service to clients in line with their personalized care plans
  • Working closely with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimum care for clients
  • Liaison with and referral to other organizations as required to provide for the client's needs

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Proof of immunity or willingness to become vaccinated against Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox), and Pertussis (Whooping Cough)
  • Immunisation Program Nurse (IPN) QLD certificate and experience
  • Current Police Screening Certificate
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Current Queensland driver's licence
  • Good computer and mobile device skills
