Residential Aged Care Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Residential Aged Care team.

About the Role

In this position, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality person-centered care to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support.

You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating client care, as well as providing supervision and guidance to your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing and prioritizing client needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Providing direct patient care, including medication management and clinical skills
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client information
Requirements
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Experience in aged care, preferably with a focus on chronic conditions, palliative, and dementia care
  • Strong clinical focus, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
