Maintenance Officer

We are seeking a part-time Maintenance Officer to join our team at Oaks Brisbane on Margaret Suites. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas, as well as carrying out repairs within the property.
About the Role:- Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
- Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
- Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property;
- Maintain daily work records and service schedules;
- Work 25 hours per week.
- Previous hands-on building maintenance experience;
- A passion for delivering exceptional service;
- Strong time management skills;
- An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
